We reserve the right to inspect any item reported to us, but such inspection does not mean that a refund or exchange will be approved.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with proof of purchase and photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Submission of a complaint, return request, or supporting evidence does not guarantee or create any entitlement to a refund, return, or exchange.
