Returns Policy

For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns on any products where the seal has been opened, broken, or tampered with.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The security seal must be intact and unopened.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Any product returned with a broken or removed seal will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund or exchange.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with proof of purchase and photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.
